How to order ?

- Select the products to buy by clicking on Add in cart and after having mentioned the characteristics of the product (size and colour)
- Click on the My Cart link, which is at the top of the page and confirm the whole order by clicking on Checkout of the cart
- During your first order registration, you must open a customer account. Your personal address will be asked for
- Select your payment method : credit card, cheque or bank transfer
- Choose the shipping option, express or priority mail, and if you want and Gift Box, mention it
- If you benefit from a special offer or coupon, you must now fill in the code field

How to make a " gift order " ?

To make a friend a present, PLANET UNDIES suggests you to send a friend a present wrapped in a gift wrapping, along with a personal message.

At the end of the order process mention the fact that your order is a " gift order ". You will then be able to type your personal message and to mention the delivery address. To do so, click on Change Address. Select the appropriate delivery address in your address book. If your address book is empty add a new address by clicking on Add address.

The gift order is only possible if the order concerns a maximum of 2 items. No mention of the price will appear on nor in the delivery parcel. The bill will be sent to your home address (the address mentioned in your account information). PLANET UNDIES can give your name, first name and address to the addressee if the lattest asks so.

What are the shipping methods ?

There are two different shipping methods, the priority method and the express method.

The priority method means that reception of your parcel needs no signature and is delivered in your mail box. Delivery time is around two days for France and around five or six days for other countries (More informations).

The express method uses Chronopost services. Cost and delivery time depend on the weight and on the country the parcel is sent to. These information are available on the page preceding your final acceptance of the order.

How can I keep an eye on my orders ?

Simply go to the PLANET UNDIES site, and click on the My orders link at the top of the page. After connecting yourself you will see your orders information.

What must I do to return or change a product?

If the product does not suit you or if it is damaged you have 100 days to send it back. The articles must not have been worn nor damaged. They must be packed in their genuine packaging. However, for obvious hygiene purposes, the thongs will neither be returned nor changed.
Simply mention if your inquiry concerns an exchange or a refundment and send the parcel to :

Forwarding fees are paid by PLANET UNDIES in case of an exchange.

Can I trust credit card payments ?

Our security payment solution is safe. It is handled both by our bank Société Générale and by the ATOS company with the SIPS (Service Internet Paiement Sécurisé) solution (2,500,000 transactions monthly and more than 4500 e-commerce sites).
The credit card bank transaction between your computer and the ATOS safe SIPS system is entirely encoded (SSL protocole - Secure Socket Layer) and protected. These information are neither recorded nor even known by PLANET UNDIES.
The security symbols on Netscape or on Internet Explorer guarantee that no one can access the information you send.

What about privacy ?

In order to answer your needs and to manage with our world delivery policy, we have to record a few information such as your name, your first name and your address. We cannot take orders nor deliver you without these. The information you give us are only known and used by us. In accordance with law number 78-17 dated 6.01.1978, known as the " informatics and freedom " law, you may at any time have access and change your personal information. This can be done online (select My Profile with your password), or by postal mail by sending us your request with your name, your surname and a copy of your ID or passport.
